Solid Wenge Drill Sergeant Hat Press
The Hat Press in the sample photo is made from solid Wenge. NOTE: The two other photos on the product page are meant to show the hardware that is included with the hat press. The example photos include a Wenge accent strip in the center, as an example of what the finished product may look like. . Approximate finished dimensions are 15” x 15'“ x 1.5.” Each Hat Press is lined with your choice of Felt color, though the default color is black. At no cost, you can include an exotic wood accent strip in the build. This service is available upon request, please specify in the order notes.
Each hat press comes standard with Name engraving, DS badge (or branch equivalent) and Branch insignia. Please allow 1-2 weeks to make, as each one is hand made to order.
Unfortunately, due to the custom nature of the product, I cannot accept returns or exchanges. I will make every effort to ensure that the product is perfect and measures up to my personal standards.
Here's what you can expect from me once you place an order:
1. Within 24 hours, I will reach out to you to confirm the details and will send a digital preview of the design to ensure everything looks right. At this point, you can make any reasonable changes you'd like: From changing the font, to the size and position of the logos, I will make any requested changes and send back an updated design for approval.
2. Once the design is approved, I will begin creating the Hat Press and will send updates and photos so you know where your product is in the production process.
3. Once production is complete, I will thoroughly pack the Hat Press for shipment and create the shipping label. At this point, it's only a matter of days until it arrives at your doorstep! Free delivery / drop off is available within 25 miles of Sierra Vista, AZ.
